The Provider agrees to provide the services described in the Customer’s order (the “Services”) as selected and confirmed on visasinportugal.com.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All prices for Services are listed on visasinportugal.com and are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.
2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the website.
2.3 Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of the order.

3. Service Delivery

3.1 The Provider will deliver the Services as outlined in the Customer’s order within the timeline specified unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The Provider will not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control, including the Customer’s failure to provide necessary information and delays from third parties whose subcontracting is required.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings regarding the Services.

The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on visasinportugal.com. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of such changes.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing Services from the Provider, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
