Creating a company might be a good option if you want to work in Portugal. It is not the same as opening an activity and registering as self-employed, namely when it comes to taxes, volume of work, bureaucracy, and so on.
Creating a company means that you must hire an accountant and have organized accountancy, submit monthly and yearly paperwork. Partners and managers might need a tax number and a Social Security Number.

Includes:

✓ Company constitution (including issuing tax number and social security number)
✓ Issuing all necessary documents to the company constitution (including statements, contract of the company, signature notarization and affidavit)
✓ Submission of the effective beneficiary of the company
✓ Suggesting Portuguese accountant
✓ Power of attorney to open a commercial bank account
✓ Opening a bank account in Portugal and issuing all means of access
✓ Submitting an appeal at the bank, if needed
✓ Update address and contacts at the bank account registration (max. 2 updates)
