When selling a property, it is important that you verify and organize all documents, and if required request any that are missing or require updating.

- Analysis of all property documentation
- Verification of the existence of any legal matters with the property
- Meetings with the notary, tax office, city hall, register services, architects, and engineers of the city hall
- Meetings with the other party's attorney and with the real estate agency, if applicable
- Elaboration of all necessary documentation
- Elaboration of the promissory contract of purchase and sale
- Signature notarization of the promissory contract, if needed
- Submission of the process for the final deed at the notary
- Requesting the issuance of the bank check, if needed
